FS: IOW-18

[Terry Perdue]

This is the factory-wired version of the IO-18. It works, it's clean, and
cosmetically it's a 9+. Not much of a scope by today's standards, but it
would be suitable for a monitor scope or for a youngster showing an interest
in electronics. If anyone'snterested, we can dicker.
