Heath HW 4

Heath HW 4  2W 440 HT.  looks good but NOT working.  you can have it for
the cost of shipping.  Includes HWA 220 Tone Squelch (CTCSS) Unit
installed. Also  Included but not installed is HWA 230 DTMF Keypad.  Unit
was repaired once and used for 9 mos. but has quit again.  Will also
include 2 NiCds, charger, and battery case.  All weigh a bit over 2
lbs.  Shipped from Bloomington, IN 47407.
