Latching relay-garage door opener

This is not ham but old Heath stuff.  My latching relay 69-19, SPDT, 12 volt coil sticks.  I either need to replace it or have help in cleaning it.  Have tried WD-40 (bad as it gums up the lever) and acetone.  Any help most appreciated from a great group of guys. Opener modelGDA-20-3.
