Hello All,

This document is a Xeroxed Document that I have, But the good news is that it is really, really clean, no smudges, no light/dark colors, etc.  the paper is a very crisp white. 

I would imagine that the person who sold it to me on e-bay didn't want to part with the original document.  Anyway, it is good enought to reproduce as a .pdf file or anything else.  

We certainly have enough people with the right talent who are willing to help.  Maybe it would be best to produce a pdf file but then how would it be distributed, via e-mail attachment?

How about if we form a core group for the reproduction and distrubution.  But there should be a consensus as to the format for reproduction.
