Wanted: IT-28 Capacitor Checker

Hello all,
    I am looking for an IT-28 Capacitor Checker to add to my test equipment.
I have many pieces of Heathkit to get working and lots of capacitors to
test.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks very much.
