Heathkit Friends:

As has been mentioned on this list before, a couple of years ago Heathkit Company sold the rights to the ID-5001 Weather Computer to a company called Questech.

Please be advised that this has changed.

Questech has recently sold the ID-5001 manufacturing rights and parts inventory to the following company:

Their hours are 9:30AM through 5:00PM Eastern, Monday through Friday.

Questech has advised us that any pending parts orders that were sent to them will be forwarded to Forecast Tech. This is also true of units sent to them awaiting repair.

NOTE: This applies only to the ID-5001 Weather Computer, although you may be able to get boom parts ONLY from them for other units.
