Hi Heath Lovers..

I have for sale a NON-working   HW-5400 transceiver.  I picked
the rig up over a year ago from a Ham with the intent to get it
back on the air...  I haven't even touched it since that time.
Visually, it appears that the owner was starting either trouble
shooting or alignment process and then stopped !!  I do have the
manual for it.  Cosmetically its in great shape...no mods !  I
can forward pics if anyone is interested.
   Price...  Id love to trade the unit for a Heath ID-4001
weather station or even a SB-640.
Im open for offers.
