The modulator tube (6de7) is a dual triode. There is 700 volts going to the plate and a 1/2 watt 1 meg resistor going to the grid. The schematic shows that the grid should have 25 volts, there is 675 volts. Does anyone have an idea what I should look for. Will a 1 meg resistor drop voltage from 700 to 25 volts?
I would appreciate any comments.
