SM-118A Counter - Need manual or Schematic

Hello,

I'm trouble shooting a SM-118A Heathkit frequency counter.  Works fine below
10 KHz but not above.  Display won't show first two digits.  They light at
power up but not in measurement.  I need a schematic and/or copy of the
manual.  I see by the label that it was factiry assembled and calibrated by
"C. Poquette" on January 2, 1974.
