Mouser has some 2000 volt capacitors at 0.1 mfd and
0.047 mfd that you could parallel to get basically the
.15 mfd that you need.

The part number for the .1 mfd is 140-202P9-103K and
the quantity one (1) cost is $1.25 each.

The part number for the 0.047 capacitor is
140-202P9-472K and the cost for one (1) is $1.05.

Mouser is on the Internet at mouser.com and they are
located in Burleson which is near Fort Worth (north of
you, of course).

Next time you are by the Union monument stop for me.
