SB-300 Manual, pictorial 11

I bought an SB-300 manual from Heath some years back. For some reason they
sent me two, and neither has the page containing Pictorial 11. Pictorial 11
has the illustration containing the layout of the crystal filters. I think
this page must have been a fold out on one of other pages because no page
numbers are missing. It probably belongs somewhere around pages 31 or 32.

If someone has an original manual and could scan and send me that foldout
containing Pictorial 11...
