Variable capacitor repair.

Thanks to the many who answered my query concerning the repair on the big
cap.  Seems like anything from epoxy to J-Weld and crazy glue as a repair
to using Lexan and making a new one.  There is a plastic house where I
buy my engravable plastics about 6 miles from here.  They do custom
fabbing and have a remnant bin. They are very reasonable.  I have lots of
Lucite but think the Lexan is the better bet.  It is a high impact
product and is used a lot in signage in place of glass. I'll let you all
