Lexan plastic

Most sign  shops will have lexan plastic around.  They use it in various colors for plastic sign faces and of course the letters and designs on the faces.  They often will have scrap pieces available for a nominal charge, or can sell you larger amounts.  most of these pieces will be thin 1/8 inch but can be glued etc.
