SB-200 Idling Current

Ray, this amp keyed with no drive has an idling current of 90 mils.
Low plate voltage is sometimes caused byu R3 a string of three 4.7 ohm
resistors changing value also look at R4 a 15k res to ground. Other than that
possibly a diode in the power supply.
