Out-of-Band

Hi all. This is out of band for the green network, but!  Just picked up an
RME HF 10-20 Pre Selector.  Does any one have a manual or know how this is to
be hooked up?
Also, have a very nice condition GW-12 Transceiver that is surplus.  Asking
for reasonable offers.
