SB-101 problem

Hi Folks,
Completing the restoration of my SB-101 and can't null the carrier to
less than 10 v P to P on the scope. Yes I have a 10 turn pot to install.
Suspect the 1N191 diodes which seem to be a matched set. Remember a
thread here about better replacements. Does anyone have the part number
and where I can get them? Perhaps someone has a spare set. Cosmetically
it is back to a 10 with many replaced parts. It was almost scrap when I
got it. Paint was falling off panel and it was a mess inside. Help
appreciated.
