curtis electronic keyer

I need the octal plug hookup for the curtis electronic keyer mod.EX-4.
Bought it used and don't know how to hook up the plug for "self test"
w/vibroplex keyer. All the rest of it works well. Have 2 wires to plug. The
phone plug has the tip to #2. Am not sure what all the other connections on
the back of the keyer mean. If someone can either fax or email me the
