Release date of IP-17 power supply?

Hello all,
   I am trying to determine the release date of the IP-17 power supply.  It
was either late 1967 or into 1968.  I have a gap in my Heathkit catalog
collection right in that period.  Can anyone tell me when the IP-17 was
first offered for sale?  I have a good reason for asking and I will let
everyone in on it when the question is answered.  Thanks very much.
