Heath 2036A 2m and 2036-3 supply

I've just gotten this pair from E-Pay, and naturally it's not
quite as advertized. The supply does indeed work, but only
if you consider putting 9V out as working....

Does anyone know where a manual for these two are on the web anywhere?
