HX-20 Chrome Knobs

Sir,
The HX-20 has the following knobs:
1. 2 1/8 main tuning with spinner knob.
2. 1 3/4 knobs.
6. 1 1/4 skirted.
3  3/4 small knobs.
You had agreed to send ALL of the HX-20 knobs as noted below. What was in the mail box today was:
0. 2 1/8 main knob.
2. 1 3/4 knobs.
2. 1 1/4 skirted.
4. 3/4 small knobs.
Do you intend to make good on the deal or should I put you on my list of folks not to deal with?
