Heathkit RF Probe Type 309-C

To All:

Can someone tell me what the internal design is of the Heath RF Probe type
309-C? I'd like to know what the RF voltage rating is of this probe (or
internal envelope-detector diodes' rating) would be so I could duplicate it.
Or, maybe buy one?
