IT-21 or T-4 Signal Tracer WANTED

Hi, folks,

I'd like to get one of these handy testers with a manual. Sure
would help diagnose some pesky old broadcast sets I'm working on.
Any out there on the reflector? I would rather get one here than
chase an auction.
