Fw: Looking for knobs of the SB220.

Hi, I am in Argentina and I bought here a Sb220 in not good condition and I
am trying to find same parts like Knobs .
This are:
Tune knob, Load knob,Band knob this are #121 462-210 ,called like Large
knobs in the SB220 Manual.
Also ,need the Small knobs #120 462-191 I need 2.
Please if you have them or know who can sell them to me please send me a
