HW-101 cable

Looking for a HP 23 cable for a HW 101. It has a 11 pin connector  female one end male the other.  Does anyone have one to part with,  or the components to fabricate one.  Also need HP 23 for a HW 12 (DEAD OR ALIVE)   I would appreciate any help the group can offer.
