HW-7

I've got a broken HW-7 that I want to sell.  I got it second hand so I don't
know exactly what's wrong with it.  I believe it was struck by lightening or
hooked up with reverse polarity.  The smoke has been let out of something.
The case and all other items on it are a 9 or 10.  I think I need to recoup
my losses and get rid of it.  What's it worth in this condition??
