As a journalist with over 30  years experience, I can tell you
positively that there is no reason you cant tell the name now.
It's public record and so is the judgement.  If I were to go to
the courthouse and look at the file there would be nothing legally
or morally to prevent me from reporting to the public that a judgement
had been entered against the company and in favor of the amateur as
well as the entire story surrounding the case.... and youve already
given the story.
