ARRL VC program

For you folks having problems with radio repair companies, you may wish to
contact an ARRL Volunteer Counsel for assistance.  Most of us VCs give lots
of free time to hams having zoning problems with towers and so forth but we
do other kinds of cases too!  Sorry to hear about the problems in Texas,
especially if the problem effects our ham friends in other countries.
