W3DX HW-5400: QRV

Hello Heath Gurus and Friends:

After six months of hard labor, my HW-5400 is QRV.  I found my last problem,
and appreciate everyone's help.  It turned out the last stage of the RF board
wasn't getting 10 volts from the power supply.  I had a loose connector.

I'm getting 100 watts out, and all features are operational.  I've noticed
low power on 80 and 10, so I need to spend time aligning and re-peaking the
rig.  The receiver sounds VFB on sideband, but I haven't transmitted yet (I
have to make a microphone connector that fits the 4-pin socket).  So am not
yet QRV on phone.

I'll post digital photos to my web site as soon as possible.  For those who
have never seen the inside of an HW-5400, the complexity is amazing.
