Oscilloscope IO - 12 schematic

Hello fellow Heathkit owners,
     I recently got a Heathkit Oscilloscope model # IO - 12 that blows
its fuse within a few minutes of turning it on. It didn't come with any
paperwork at all.  Can someone tell me where I can get an assembly manual
or at least a schematic?
