still cleaning the shack

HM-2102 VHF wattmeter 25/250 watt scales and SWR function.  Real clean about
a 9.  Front panel looks new However the meter sticks at times and it takes a
while for it to retun to zero at times.  Will ship it for $23 in the conus.
