DX100 Question

Hi All,

I am restoring a DX100 and completely rebuilding the low level audio
stages with modern low noise and on-value components.  Does anyone have
a suggestion for a really high quality pot for the audio gain control
and should it be audio or linear taper?  I don't want to change it later
due to the extremely difficult access once the rest is wired up and the
shield in place.
