SB 104

Some time back some one had a set up on how to print out the small call letter signs that mount in the front of the SB 104. I would like to know how to set this up on the computer. I thought I had it and saved it so the background is black and the letters were white. Then when you print it on transparancies you have the small call letters for the SB 104. Could some one please send me the info on this?
