SB-101 doesn't hear

Hi All,
           Picked up a nice looking SB-101,but it does not hear on 20m &
15m and  one of the 10m segments. I can however hear the crystal
calibrator on all bands but deminished on 20m, 15m, and all of 10m. Fine
on 80m a7 40m.
            Followed the realignment instructions in the manual. When it
came to tweeking the coils to get a voltage on the vtvm using the test
point, the coils for 15m and several of the 10m coils could be tweeked
forever and would not change the votage. The manual recommends tweeking
for a voltage between -0.5 to -2.0.
        After alignment(tweeking) , however nothing changed. I tweeked
where I could, but non of the previous bad bands came into play. 80m and
40m remained ok. ... Prior to all this I changed all bad tubes and
de-oxed theswitches and knobs-particularly the switch that changes
bands.
       Well what should I do next ?  Check my heterodyne crystals  ? Re
check band switch ? All tubes were checked.
Any suggestions where to go from here ?
