Thanks to all the Vets that make things like this possible.
Are there any former radio operators that have any interesting stories?
It amazes me what they taught back in the WW II era that must've been
really cutting edge then.  Even today as I went through Electronic
Warfare Officer school, we just covered the basics of heterodyning and
glossed over the basics of antennas.  Some of you guys had to not only
know how it worked, but how to fix it, where I can just call the guy on
the interphone and he comes and fixes it!
