HP-23 recap

A friend of mine (kd7jiw) has a couple of HP-23s that look mlike they need
recapping to ge them working.

It hyas been a long time since  did mine and I don't remember
where I got the caps.

What is the latest wisdom on the list for the values and source(s)
for the electrolytics in the HP-23?
