NO, I DIDN'T MAKE A MISTAKE!

Check page 273 of Catalog 607 from Mouser.

You will see that part number 5985-85-450V120 IS a 450
volt 120 mfd capacitor.  Mouser puts the voltage and
the value of any capacitor that they sell at the end
of the part number.  In this case the 450V120
indicates a voltage rating of 450 volts and a capacity
value of 120 mfd.

These work fine in the HP-23.
