ESR Meter

I want to "Plug" the ESR Meter Bob Parker came up with, as a Electronics Tech
it is a super little deal for the money, most TV Shops are getting them now
the small surface mount caps are bigtime problems and you can go through a
board in a few minutes and find the problems!!!, The second alternate is
Sencore's Z Meter LC102 it has ESR but its Two Thousand bucks!
I believe B at K Instruments just came out with a new Cap meter with ESR.
But Again I'd suggest buying one of these little jobbers and enjoy building
the "KIT" as well.

If any of you are doing Tv and Monitor Repair , He has the Ringer tester also.
