SB-104 Question - ALC Mod

I've been converting an SB-104 by installing all of the factory  upgrades
as per the list of Heath Bulletins. One bulletin dated April 21, 1978 has
you change C-827 on the ALC/Filter Board (K) to .68mfd from the 5 mfd
installed on the board...This seems like quite a change in capacitance. Am
I reading this right and is this change a good one to do??

As I've previously said, I have installed all other mods as per these
bulletins, but this one has me thinking twice..Thought I'd ask the
experts..
