HM-10 Tunnel Dipper

I am in need of the dial drum label (390-122) for a HM-10 tunnel dipper.
This is the calibrated paper scale that was wrapped around the dial drum. I
know the chances of finding one are pretty slim. If someone has an unbuilt
unit and would photocopy the label that would be fine.

Do any of the Heath types on the SIG know why the HM-10 was put in the
strange tapered aluminum enclosure? Seems like an odd shape.
