Just relisted it on Ebay stating that it been modified not to transmit ouside the  FCC authorised Amateur Bands. Now if they take it off again, I have the funds and resources to File a law suit to Remove all amateur or other  Equipment that can be modified to operate on the CB bands. or simply turn it on, without any any Mods. from Ebay. That ought to reduce their income considerablely.
