Well, I guess this means no more SB200s HW101s SB300/400 and so on.
Frankly I have bought cheap cheesehead CB amps and used them on 10.
A little tweek and now the car has more than 12 watts coming out of it.
And no I don't feel bad.
It is the innapproprite use that is illegal, not the sale or possession.
My 101 on 11 is illegal my 101 on 10 is not.
My firearm in a bank robbery is very naughty, at the target range is not.
I have a very good bottle of scotch in my office, it is legal there, selling
it to, or possessed by a 17 year is illegal.
I would like to imply for the record that most of my ham gear could run
on ii meters. My ham gear that would not run on 11 ceratin might be]
used by a poerson without a license, and for darned sure I believe a
young person would be capable of swallowing my scotch, and a bad
guy could use my firearm to do bad things.
Please, Please call 911 now.

International terrorists no longer scare me.
On the other hand,
Airport security personnel scare the hell out of me.
