List Now Moderated

Greetings,

It appears that requests from the list admin to get back on topic are of no
interest to some people.

The list is now in the moderated mode.  This will be the third time I've had
to do this in the last 2 months so I am guessing that it's probably best to
just assume that the list is in need of a permanent babysitter....so it'll
be moderated until I get tired of the daily work this creates and shut down
the list.  This also means that instead of the server instantly distributing
messages as soon as a new one is posted, each message will be delayed for
hours.  It's to bad 2% have to create so much grief for the other 98% but
that seems to be the new world order, huh?
