SB401 SSB OK, CW lowwww????

Check the value of R401. Supposed to be 47K. Recommend replacement with new
39K or less. Located on the left terminal board (set upside down, front
toward viewer), terminal nearest front panel..  This resistor controls
unbalance current through balanced modulators.
