I have noticed that same transmitter.  My recollection is that it was a
"Seneca," Heath's 100-watt class CW/AM VHF transmitter circa 1960.  At this
point, I can't recall whether I actually noticed that it *was* a Seneca, or
if I just noticed that it had the same layout with the built-in, slide-rule
dial VFO as the Seneca had.
