One thing is your line voltage.  The older receivers
were spec'd at either 110 VAC or 115 VAC for the
input.  Today the "norm" in many areas is 125 VAC +/-
1%, especially during the summer months.  Also, the
components in the receiver are either +/- 10% or +/-
20% which also "adds up".  If you go from 110 VAC for
the "readings" in the manual to 125 VAC, the effective
voltage readings will approach 20% high.
