Hi....Not sure where to turn with this problem. Do you know anyone that is
familiar enough with Hero 2000 arm adjustments to assist me?
I have a Hero 2000 which I purchased from someone. I have tried adjusting
the arm on neumerous occassions. It has been in and out of the robot. I
put the wrist into service position, ensure the turnbuckles are even, adjust
the pully's so that the cable slot is vertical on the front side of the
motor output. I adjusted the cams so that they are 60degrees away from the
bottom (right side forward, left side back). When I run the 001 program,
the wrist turns and raises up until it hits the limit switch on the wrist,
and the screen displays error 1. Both of the motors are running and I
believe the cables are strung properly.
Ideas?
