Extender Boards For SB303 Question

I have an SB303 and it did not come with extender boards large or small.
Does anybody know if anyone is making them or selling them?
If not has anyone come up with a way around this problem?
Only thing I can come up with is to go from pin to pin with jumper wires.
This would work for small boards but a bear to work with large boards
