SB-634 Ten Minute Timer Parts

Hi Don,
Well, I thought you made a mistake when you ask about a MPS-L61, but I find
that the manual does refer to it as just that. It is actually a Heath part #
417-295, which is a MPS-L51. Must be a typo in the manual. Anyway, the
417-295 is a PNP 100V 600mA with a TO-92 type case.
The 1N709A diode, Heath part # 56-58, is a 6.2 volt Zener.
