RG-62U Coax

I just purchased a SB-301 receiver and SB-401 transmitter.   The connecting cables call for 2 foot lengths of RG-62/U coax.  Can I use some other coax besides RG-62 and if not, were is a good source to buy just 15 or 20 feed to make the cables.  I have the RCA jacks for the ends.
