HW-101 LSB problem

Hi Mark...

Any SHIFT in the frequency of the LSB crystal will cause that same,
tinny-sounding, weak audio effect, too. I've encountered this BOTH on an
SB-400, and an SB-102...

It's amazing how those hermetically-sealed HC-6/U's CAN change over time,
ever so slightly---but JUST enough (sometimes) to practically be out of the
passband of the IF crystal filter.

A NEW LSB generating crystal solved both my problems...
